Earn CEUs while learning the duties of CDFA:

The Meat, Poultry and Egg Safety Branch licenses and inspects the following meat and poultry establishments that are exempt from federal (USDA) inspection: Meat Processing Establishments, Custom Livestock Slaughterhouses, Poultry Plants, Importers.

The Egg Safety and Quality Management Program of the Meat, Poultry and Egg Safety Branch works to ensure that eggs sold in California are wholesome, refrigerated, properly labeled, and of established quality.

Registration fees (Lunch included and 6 REHS APPROVED CEUs):

$15 for CEHA members
$75 for non-members (Fee includes annual CEHA membership) $45 for non-member students (Fee includes annual student CEHA membership)
